HÉV (Budapesti Helyiérdekű Vasút) is a Suburban railway in Budapest, Hungary. This is a unique railway (I would say, LRT — light rail), which is separated from the Hungarian railways system and consists of several commuter rail lines: Szentendre HÉV H5, Ráckeve HÉV H6, Csepel HÉV H7, Gödöllő HÉV H8, Csömöri HÉV H9. There is a plan to link H5 (north) with H6, H7 (south) lines through the city center, this will be as a Budapest metro line 5. Currently, Budapest HEV trains are represented by the LEW MX and LEW MXA trains, however they will soon be replaced. HEV suburban railway is operated by MÁV-HÉV.
