The red dashed line is the horizontal line of my sight, and it is also a line completely parallel to the edge of the picture. Because I am accustomed to shooting in a sitting or squatting position, my line of sight is usually located slightly above the lower edge of the bus body. As you can see, for this Solaris trolleybus, this line basically coincides with the line connecting the body turn signals.

The yellow dashed line is completely perpendicular to the red dashed line. I am used to shooting with longer focal lengths to minimize the deformation of the vehicle caused by perspective. For me, it is intolerable to make a square bus into a trapezoid, as it is a distortion.

Overall, this photo conforms to the objective laws of perspective. This is my clarification on the first question you raised (Askew "to the right")
For the second question (Poor resize algorithm "stairs"), I'm sorry I can't understand what you mean. This may be due to ambiguity caused by translation.
