The tramway tracks, however, are never used by automobile traffic.

A rare sighting of a tram operating the peak hour service between the North & West Lines (Kochiekimae — Ino) utilizing a recently double-tracked north — west turn off at the city's main tramway interchange, a semi-grand union at the Harimayabashi Station.
