По состоянию на начало нового 2016-го года все 5 новых троллейбусов "Оптима" простаивают в депо в полной готовности к работе.
Троллейбусы задержаны из-за некой местной муниципальной директивы.
Оба троллейбуса "Мегаполис" задержаны таможней, и всё ещё находятся на таможенной площадке.

As per New Year 2016 all 5 new Optima trolleybuses are parked at the Depot, ready for service.
The vehicles are held up by some ornery municipal decree.
The 2 Megapolis trolleybuses are still held at the customs' lot.
