Built: 1903–5. Inherited from the Metropolitan Street Railway by Third Avenue Railroad in 1908. Closed 28' body. Trucks: Brill 22E. Deck roof. Double-end car. Rebuilt in 1909 and assigned to the Union Railway. Rebuilt in 1912 to the motormen school after collision in 1911.
