Station Courcelles Route 2
Serving Metro Lines 2 Courcelles station was opened in 1902. Seen departing is a RATP MF 01 EMU no. 007.
The MF 01 metro train is built by a consortium of Alstom, Bombardier, Technicatome and CSEE. A total of 865 units were delivered between 2007 and 2015 for operation on lines on Lines 2, 5, and 9.
The Régie Autonome des Transports Parisiens (RATP) Paris Metro (short for Métropolitain) opened in 1900 and, at 2018 is 133 miles long with 302 stations over 14 lines. Carrying 1.5bn passengers it is Europe’s second busiest system after Moscow.
