Endstelle Obermarxloh

This particular museum tram deserved a better fate. It was one of the only (if not the only) preserved pre-war (German) articulated tram. Both technically and historically, it was an exceptional vehicle.

Königstraße

Unfortunately, the quality of the photo has deteriorated over the years. For several reasons, this is a historic photo. At this location, the tram now runs underground and one can clearly see here a particularity that I think was only present in Duisburg: the one-way tram also had doors at the back on the blind side. I don't know the real reason.

I don't know the exact location; it was in the city centre, where the tram permanently disappeared underground shortly after this photo was taken.

Duissernstraße

An older photo, which is unfortunately starting to lose some quality.
Route 909 has long since ceased to exist; I have noted Duissernplatz as the location on my photo. Probably this was the nearest stop, the exact location I cannot mention.
