What.. unaesthetic Tatra tram. Sometimes. It is better, to keep the original exterior look instead trying to invent a new tram. Such failed results sadly not only on legendary Tatra trams.
You may be surprised but it is an ex-Chemnitz trailer tramcar (that is, not a motor tramcar)! Which is indicated by a B (Czech "Běžný" = trailer-tramcar, Straßenbahnanhänger) in its model code Tatra B3DM rather than a usual T (Czech "Trakční" = motor tramcar), as in Tatra T3. This means that previously this car looked like the one here: http://transphoto.ru/photo/911929/ And only after its arrival to Barnaul it was made into an independent motor-car but kept its original "trailer-car" code B3.
