А списывать то зачем, Монченизио же модернизировали, а эти что мешало?

Different reason, the main are that was a very unlucky project with a bigger shape/dimension than other tram and with a high floor, also they need a new electronic system (for the old there weren't any supply) and at last Torino doesn't have money for repair that trams and buy new.
