This is tram-network from 24.02.2012 to november 2012. The bridge over railroad between "Morgenbergstraße" and "Wartburgplatz" would be in reconstruction. Because of this construction, tram to Plamag dont travel compleete. Special tramline E7 is travel with 2xKT4D (<->) between "Südvorstadt" an "Morgenbergstraße". From "Morgenbergstraße" to "Wartburgplatz" the people must walk over a temporary bridge to Busline S2.

А нельзя было пустить автобус через тот мост (если там действительно мост), что возле Am Stadtwald? А то как-то неудобно наверное пешкодраить от трамвая к автобусу...

Its not possible, to travel with bus over the temporary bridge. This is only a light-bridge for people.

at this picture you can see old bridge, which is removed. Behind this is the temporary bridge for walking people. At right side is "Morgenbergstraße" and left "Wartburgplatz".
