The Winyard Quarters (the Docks) area, formerly the seaport area, had been completely rebuilt and gentrified in recent years.
The tramway line with rather a troublesome history was a focal point of the projecy and was supposed to help revitalization of the area.

Район Winyard Quarters (the Docks), бывший район морского порта, был полностью перестроен и гентрифицирован в последние годы.
Трамвайная линия с довольно непростой историей изначально была неотъемлемой частью проекта, и должна была способствовать возрождению района.
