I think the correct name is the Georgia State Railroad (not Railway) Museum.

The tram looks remarkably good after 6 years of inactivity.
Or is the tram still drivable after all? Looking at the tracks, I suspect it's still being driven anyway, although I have no idea whether the wheels are also adapted for train tracks.
