Pouze v jediném exempláři vyrobený prototyp trolejbusu Ikarus 411T s elektrickou výzbrojí Kiepe, který během propagačního působení u výrobce navštívil mj. třeba všechny tehdejší rumunské trolejbusové provozy, se později natrvalo usadil v Budapešti a v roce 2019 mu byl navrácen původní barevný vzhled z výroby, kdy oranžová plocha má představovat zhruba obrys trolejbusu Ikarus 60T z 50. let. The prototype Ikarus 411T trolleybus with Kiepe electrical equipment, produced in only one piece, which visited all the then Romanian trolleybus operations during the promotional operation at the manufacturer. Later was delivered to Budapest and in 2019 it was restored to its original color appearance, when the orange area should roughly represent the outline of the Ikarus 60T trolleybus from the 1950s.
