At the moment of my visit (5 June 2021), the Neoplan trolleybuses were not in the depot (probably scrapped sadly) and the Socimi trolleybuses were out of order due to lack of money for maintenance, according to the employees at the depot.

The Iveco trolleybuses are only good for scrap, there is no point in spending more funds to keep them running. Ruse recently acquired 12 Skoda 21Tr and 5 NAW trolleybuses, with 20 more NAW on the way to replace the Renault and FBW fleet and hopefully 15 new trolleybuses within 1-2 years. The Ivecos are not needed anymore.
