It almost looks like a tram parade, but it wasn't: the museum trams were on their way to a section that had yet to be cleared.
It was the employees of the local tram museum who cleared the snow and ice with their trams.

Похоже на парад трамвая, но это не так: музейные трамваи направляются на участок сети, который еще не был очищен от снега.
Именно сотрудники местного трамвайного музея убирали снег и лед на музейных вагонах.
