I suspect; otherwise I don't think that such a new trolleybus would have a mark, since the new body bus in Sinuiju has no marks. Otherwise maybe it just ran constantly before the other Chollima-321 was delivered. I don't think this is a body replacement, because it does not have the three flaps on the left side.

Thats no second hand, this are new trolleybusses, which send from factory in Pyongyang to Wonsan in March 2019. Some of them get in service and so it is realistic that the first star has already been received till now.

Probably 2019. In 2018.11 the Songdowon was still there.

There was no closure of system, but for some years this was only in unregular service. But now it have a great future! :-)
