The 5 km-long (two-way) trolleybus line connects Manpo with the industrial zone to the southwest of the city. The trolleybus system opened in 2020 following the opening of the Chagang province to foreigners in 2019. The system is possibly a rebuilt of the previously existed trolleybus system. The city is located on the border with China, with trolleybuses passing near the border crossing point. The Depot at the southwestern end of the line in the industrial park was built about a year after the opening of the system. Terminating trolleybuses turn around via the Depot yard. In 2020 the system was operated with 3-5 trolleybuses.

Троллейбусная линия длиной 5 км. (в двупутном исчислении) соединяет Манпхо с промзоной, расположенной к юго-западу от города. Троллейбусная сеть открылась в 2020 г. по мере открытия провинции Чаганг для посещения иностранцами в 2019 г. Новая сеть возможно является реконструированной ранее существовавшей троллейбусной сетью. Город расположен на границе с Китаем, и троллейбусная линия проходит мимо пограничного перехода между странами. Депо было построено в промзоне в юго-западном конце линии приблизительно через год после открытия движения. Троллейбусы оборачиваются на конечной через территорию депо. В 2020 г. сеть обслуживалась 3-5 троллейбусами.
