Looking at satellite imagery from late 2019 before the depot was built, all trolleybuses parked on the street. You can see only clean white roofs, so I think you can assume that all the Songdowon trolleybus has been sold off.
Also, the Chollima-321 here looks like it could be a new build, because unlike the trolley bus in Sinuiju, it does not have the panel cutout on the left side behind the front door.
