Pulgungi-2.16 — reverse engineered Tatra T6B5 produced by Kim Jong Thae Electric Locomotive Complex, with differences primarily in the electrical equipment. These trams were not particularly successful; by the mid-1990s, their electrical equipment were removed and they were seen coupled into a three car formation with two other T6B5K. They were likely completely withdrawn by the early 2000s, except a freight tram (#1218), which continued into the mid-2000s.

红旗（붉은기）-2.16是金钟泰电力机车厂基于Tatra T6B5型仿制的单机有轨电车，与原版的主要区别在牵引系统。可能由于技术缺陷，大部分车辆仅行驶几年后改为拖卡，2000年初退役（除一辆货运电车#1218），后期有可能在清津巴士工厂改造成无轨电车。
