Cité Universitaire Mentouri
The city and region are hilly. On one of these hills is the tram route. However, the ground is not stable, so the entire tram route also begins to move. They have experience of this in the Alpine countries and this route will have to be rebuilt using other techniques

This tram line is varied in terms of views and can also be considered interurban. The design of the line was done by the Algiers metro, which provided service tracks here and there. These are not used in normal service — or even for any other reason

Route de l'Aéroport
There were many expansion plans in Algeria, both on the existing networks and for new cities. All these projects have since been frozen. The start of a new line (towards the airport that is nearby) is the beginning of this non-executed project in Constantine
