Plastic, personalized, smart card for tickets. "Current" design.
It costs 7EUR or 12EUR (depending or how fast it is made) and is valid for 6.5 year.
Two types of tickets can be loaded and reloaded. Unlike the paper smart cards, this can also have monthly passes.

Valid in the entire Lisbon metropolitan area.
