A mock-up of a Dutch tram of the late 1990s that never materialised: the Velocity of Stork-RMO (successor of Werkspoor), Traxis (former Dutch Holec electric equipment industry, bought by Alstom) and Dutch aircraft manufacturer Fokker. However, Amsterdam acquired the Siemens Combino, Rotterdam bought the Alstom Citadis and The Hague, where the mock-up ended up as smoking cabin between spare PCC motors in the HTM workshops, bought only a few second-hand trams from Hannover at the time.
